Wet Mount Test
- Wet Mount Test:
If a mother is experiencing itching around the vagina, has vaginal burning or an unusual discharge from the vagina then a Wet Mouth Test is recommended. This test measures the normal vaginal yeast and bacteria within the vagina. A slide is obtained by swabbing the vaginal walls and infections like bacterial vaginosis are tested for. Such infections can lead to premature prenancy and thus women with a history for the same are more at risk. - Blood Pressure:
