Percutaneous Umbilical Blood Sampling
- Percutaneous Umbilical Blood Sampling (PUBS)
The test is administered by obtaining the fetal blood sample from the umbilical vein. It checks the baby for chromosomal disorders or if the baby is anemic. In cases where the fetus might have a platelet disorder this test can be very useful apart from an Ultrasound or amniocentesis test. - Blood Pressure:
