Blood Pressure
- Blood Pressure:
The blood pressure in a normal individual should be below 120/80 mmHg, but during prenancy this reading is a little lower or around 120/70 mmHg.
It is very important to get the blood pressure checked at regular intervals in the pregnancy for avoiding complications like pre-eclampsia or pregnancy induced hypertension. Lower or very high blood pressure levels can develop serious complications and also put you to bed rest. - Blood Sugar:
